Description

State Environmental Services is seeking a fulltime janitor to join our staff in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our largest customer.

Job Responsibilities

Keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition
Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, offices,common areas and workstations
Perform routine janitorial maintenance duties
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning commercial locations a plus
Ability to handle physical workload and stand and/or walk for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
