What You Bring
Were looking for detail-oriented, driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Required:
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Background in finance, banking, accounting, or related field (or a recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred (Big Plus):
- Experience in automotive dealerships, mortgage, or lending/title environments
- Familiarity with contract processing, funding, or compliance workflows
What Youll Do
Youll be at the center of the deal lifecycleensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely funding.
- Review and submit contracts for funding
- Manage deals in transit (CIT) to ensure timely cash flow
- Partner with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve issues
- Track lender stipulations and required documents
- Ensure deal accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Support titling, payoffs, and contract documentation
