Banquet servers are responsible for providing food and drink service at hotel banquet events, ensuring the space is visually appealing and the menu is properly presented.
Their duties include setting tables with linens, designing food stations, serving beverages, and preparing banquet areas.
Additional tasks involve room refreshes and maintaining a sanitary environment.
