What you will do
Provide hands-on technical support for computers, software, printers, phones, and office equipment across the organization.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
Set up, configure, and maintain user accounts, devices, and company-wide systems.
Manage software updates, system maintenance, and routine cybersecurity best practices to keep company data secure.
Maintain accurate IT records, manage equipment inventory, and handle support request tracking.
Liaise with vendors and third-party IT support partners when escalation or specialized assistance is required.
