    Seeking an experienced IT Technical Transition Manager to lead vendor‑to‑internal technical support transitions and knowledge transfer for a large‑scale IT modernization program. This role ensures operational readiness, compliance, and smooth handoff of critical systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead execution of IT technical support transition plans.
    • Enforce vendor exit and knowledge transfer requirements.
    • Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams and stakeholders.
    • Ensure documentation security compliance and disaster recovery preparedness.
    • Manage risks, scope, deliverables, and schedules.
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 5 years IT transition management experience including matrix management.
    • 3-5 years in IT management, technical program management, or operations leadership.
    • Strong knowledge of .NET architectures and Microsoft Azure App Services, SQL Storage, Key Vault, DevOps, CI/CD.
    • Experience with ITIL‑aligned service management (incident, change, problem management).
    • Proven vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
