Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Analyst I to provide first-level IT support and technical assistance for end users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, support business systems, and contribute to maintaining efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level help desk support for end users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving laptops, monitors, printers, and related equipment.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of IT hardware and systems.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and recurring technical problems.
  • Support business systems and participate in continuous improvement of IT processes.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related field.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems and work effectively in a hands-on environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a help desk or onsite IT support role.
  • Familiarity with general IT service management practices.
