What You’ll Do
- Support desktops, laptops, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot user, system, and basic network issues (DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
- Assist with switches, wireless, VoIP, and monitoring tools
- Manage tickets (ServiceNow) and support IT projects
- Partner with vendors and senior engineers on escalations
What You Bring
- 4–6 years IT experience (desktop + some network exposure)
- Strong troubleshooting + customer-facing skills
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows + M365
Network+ or Cisco exposure is a plus
