IT-Systems Mgmt Analyst(Epic Clindoc,Epic Health Systems)

Description:

This is a fully remote position on our Epic Inpatient support team. We are in need of an experience Clindoc+Beacon analyst to join or shared services delivery team.

Analysis and documentation

• Identify and define business requirements
• Analyze and document functional requirements
• Document interface requirements
• Develop data flow diagrams and/or workflow diagrams
• Document requirements and receive validation and signoff from the stakeholder
• Manage requirement conflicts
• Communicate and negotiate with internal IS providers of hardware, software and network requirements
• Design and develop customization of workflows.
• Implements, modifies, tests and administer business system applications.
• Conduct Analysis of business user needs and revise existing systems as needed.

Customer management and support

• Define & develop reports.
• Builds and executes test cases.
• Test changes.
• Provide end user support.
• Develop user documentation.
• Provide on-call support.
• Understands and follows the incident management process
• Understands and follows the change management process.
• Understands and follows the release management process

Project management

• Participates on project teams
• Manages small projects
• Participates in medium/large project teams

Requirements

Epic Clindoc Certification

Epic Beacon (Inpatient) Certification

3+ years experience supporting large Epic Health Systems
