Job Summary (List Format):

- Fully remote position on the Epic Inpatient support team
- Serve as a Clindoc+Beacon analyst within the shared services delivery team
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Define, document, and validate interface requirements
- Develop data flow and workflow diagrams
- Manage and resolve requirement conflicts
- Communicate and negotiate with internal IS teams regarding hardware, software, and network needs
- Design, develop, and customize workflow processes
- Implement, modify, test, and administer business system applications
- Analyze business user needs and revise systems as necessary
- Provide customer management and support, including end-user assistance
- Define, develop, and build reports
- Build and execute test cases; test system changes
- Develop user documentation and provide on-call support
- Follow incident, change, and release management processes
- Participate in and manage small projects; contribute to medium/large project teams

Requirements:
- Epic Clindoc Certification
- Epic Beacon (Inpatient) Certification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting large Epic Health Systems
