Our client is seeking an experienced systems analyst and Power Platform developer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, low-code business applications, automated workflows, and data-driven solutions. This role will provide technical leadership, establish development standards, and collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.
Lead the design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Build and maintain Power Platform applications that support business processes and operational needs.
Partner with solution architects and engineering teams to define application architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
Establish development standards and best practices for the adoption and use of Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with security requirements, data loss prevention policies, and SOX controls.
Design integrations with REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and project team members.
Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
Support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing application enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least seven years of application development or systems analysis experience.
At least five years of hands-on development experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Proven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Experience designing enterprise-level applications, solutions, and system integrations.
Strong requirements-gathering, analysis, and solution-design skills.
Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server.
Experience using Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of enterprise security requirements, data loss prevention policies, and compliance controls.
Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and advanced Dataverse design.
Working knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, React, or Angular.
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience mentoring developers or leading technical team members.
Working knowledge of UiPath or other robotic process automation tools.
