Growing food manufacturer is hiring for a IT Systems Analyst/Help Desk Technician in their Passaic County, NJ office!

We are looking for a people-oriented IT Systems Analyst & Implementation Specialist to serve as the bridge between our operations team and our systems development. You will spend meaningful time on the Production floor observing workflows, talking with warehouse and production staff, and identifying friction points, system bottlenecks, and compliance gaps. Your findings will directly inform how we design, deploy, and refine our operational systems.

And this is how you'll do it...

  • Regularly visit production floors, warehouses, and shipping areas to observe day-to-day operations
  • Engage directly with frontline staff (in English and Spanish) to understand pain points, workarounds, and resistance to existing systems
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, system compliance issues, and adoption gaps
  • Document findings in clear, structured reports for leadership and development review
  • Translate operational observations into actionable requirements and improvement proposals
  • Lead on-site deployment of new or updated systems in operational environments
  • Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse, production, and shipping staff in both English and Spanish
  • Monitor system usage post-deployment to ensure proper and consistent adoption
  • Track recurring issues, resistance patterns, and usability problems across multiple deployment cycles
  • Support iterative system updates and re-deployments based on field findings
  • Serve as the ongoing liaison between the floor and the systems team throughout the product lifecycle

Required Experience:
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish spoken and written (non-negotiable)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both frontline workers and management
  • Comfortable working in production, warehouse, or logistics environments
  • Strong observational and analytical skills able to spot inefficiencies and translate them into clear feedback
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deployments and feedback cycles simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in the field

Compensation range $75k base - $115k+ base (dependent upon experience), plus bonus and Benefits!
