Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and modernize enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role is responsible for supporting servers, virtualization, networking, storage, Active Directory, firewalls, and hybrid cloud infrastructure while ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud technologies, virtualization, and enterprise system administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise networking components to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Configure and maintain firewall policies and network security controls.
• Monitor infrastructure health and ensure high availability of enterprise systems.
• Perform operating system upgrades, patch management, and routine maintenance.
• Design, implement, and support VMware virtualized environments.
• Administer hybrid cloud environments, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking, identity management, monitoring, and security controls.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for provisioning and administration.
• Perform system audits and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Administer Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Manage enterprise storage platforms and backup solutions.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical support and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, Network Administrator, or a related role.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Experience designing and supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise networking, firewalls, storage, and backup environments.
• Experience leading infrastructure projects and cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills.
