The IT System Administrator oversees the implementation and maintenance for the Virgin Hotel Collection's IT Operational needs, ensuring its reliability, performance, and usability. This role involves managing technology assets, software compliance, and operational needs while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
This role will play an important part in guiding the deployment, maintenance, and oversight of technology for the business. In addition, they will assist in enhancing technology brand standards by offering property requests for revising or implementing new capabilities. Then, they will work with the properties to ensure they remain compliant with standards. This will be done by performing property visits, assisting with property budgets (P&L and Capital) and working with the home office regarding new capabilities being introduced into the properties.
Being the Virgin Hotels IT System Administrator also means you are assisting in best practices for IT staff on property and ensures that these practices are used throughout the business.
