Dupuy Group is currently looking to hire an IT Support Technician for their New Orleans office.
What You Will Be Working On
Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technology related issues. This role will also support existing IT staff and the helpdesk in solving problems and completing project work.
• Provide IT assistance to staff and customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve/escalate hardware and software related issues
• Consult with IT staff and other departments as required
• Training end-users on software functionality
• Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics
• Document IT processes and perform diagnostic tests
• Keep inventory of hardware and equipment
What Are The Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• Basic level of IT skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a multi-faceted role where day to day activities may vary significantly
• Willingness to learn on the job
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
