• Must be highly dependable.

• Must have experience troubleshooting Windows Operating systems, PC
hardware, virus and malware removal, Microsoft Office, smartphones and
tablets, have knowledge of basic business network and technology in general.
• Ability to follow direction, problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced
environment.
• A college diploma, or a high school diploma with 2 plus years of related
experience, or trade degree in a related field.
• Computer Science related major and/or programming skills is a plus.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Clean driving record.
