Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Occasional travel to job sites and other B&F locations in and around the Phoenix metro area may be required.ResponsibilitiesProvide first‑level technical support to end‑users via phone, email, and in‑personTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheralsInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applicationsAssist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissionsSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, and equipment collectionSet up, troubleshoot, and maintain conference room technology including AV systems, Teams Rooms, and room scheduling panelsProvide basic end‑user training on IT systems, applications, and best practicesCollaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues with clear documentation of troubleshooting steps takenDocument support activities including issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing systemMaintain accurate inventory of IT equipment, peripherals, and supplies; ensure technology is organized and properly trackedAdhere to company policies and procedures regarding IT security and data privacyRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications or technical training a plus (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.)Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems; familiarity with Microsoft 365 applicationsProficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issuesValid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel to job sitesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time in a fast‑paced environmentCustomer‑focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional supportBasic understanding of IT security principles and best practicesExperience with ticketing systems or helpdesk software is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
