Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to accomplish each of the below duties satisfactorily:
Provide excellent technical support customer service to all stakeholders
Collaborate with other IT staff and other stakeholders to specify solutions for IT related problems
Document timely and detailed communication to all stakeholders in the Helpdesk
Implement deployment procedures for employee, lab, and kiosk workstations
Assist in maintaining Helpdesk application software to track ticket status, statistics, and inventory
Assist in the training of student worker support technicians
Monitor the work of student worker support technicians
