Key Responsibilities
Set up, configure, and support hardware, software, and peripherals.
Handle break/fix, moves/adds/changes, and system integrations.
Provide basic network support to ensure full connectivity.
Support conference rooms and audio-visual systems.
Deliver exceptional, customer-centered IT support.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
Manage and track tickets through the IT Service Desk system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-tier IT teams when needed.
Assist with IT documentation and support internal processes.
