Role Overview
Our Aerospace client is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused IT Support Technician II to join their team in Englewood, CO. This is a hands-on desktop support role where youll be the go-to person for end-user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless technology experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and support hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Handle break/fix, moves/adds/changes, and system integrations.
- Provide basic network support to ensure full connectivity.
- Support conference rooms and audio-visual systems.
- Deliver exceptional, customer-centered IT support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
- Manage and track tickets through the IT Service Desk system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier IT teams when needed.
- Assist with IT documentation and support internal processes.
- Strong customer ownership mindset with a drive for excellence.
- Team player who values knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
- Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of IT standards. (computers, printers, networking, drivers, etc.)
- Associates Degree in a related field + 2 years of experience (OR equivalent combination of education and experience)
