Project: IT Support Services (Onsite)
Job Description: We are seeking one or more experienced IT Support Technicians to assist with a large-scale workstation deployment and technology refresh project.
Responsibilities: Deploy Dell Wyse All-in-One Thin Clients Stage and prepare desktop/laptop equipment Install and configure workstations Perform hardware installation and replacement Set up monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, printers, and other peripherals Support workspace moves and workstation relocations Configure Windows-based desktop environments Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues Provide onsite end-user technical support Assist with additional IT deployment activities as assigned
Required Skills: 2+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience Strong Microsoft Windows desktop support experience Experience with workstation deployment and hardware installation Experience staging and imaging computers/thin clients Knowledge of peripherals and hardware configuration Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to work onsite full-time in Everett, WA
Preferred Skills: Experience with Dell Wyse Thin Clients Active Directory user support Microsoft 365 / Office support Experience supporting enterprise IT rollout or migration projects
