Kforce has a client in Bethlehem, PA that is seeking an IT Support Technician for a 4-month contract role. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Role Overview: We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support. This role will focus heavily on imaging, deploying, and replacing PCs and terminals in professional settings, as well as resolving end-user issues through a ticket-based support model. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working around staff, and able to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
