Complete projects such as hardware/software deployments, office moves, and license audits.
Assist with telecom issues and collaborate with telecom engineers.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain detailed documentation.
Assess work implications and suggest solutions.
Follow methods and procedures for new tasks.
