Vanguard Tax LLC, located at 2415 Sand Lake Rd, Suite H, Orlando, FL 32809, is seeking an IT Support Specialist with an Associate Degree, 24 months of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related role, and knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and accounting software support. Duties include: provide technical support to staff in a tax and accounting office; install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and software, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks; maintain the office network, perform system backups, and manage security tools such as antivirus, firewall, and cloud-based systems; support end-users with tax and accounting applications; document IT processes and assist in training non-technical staff as needed.
