3+ years of experience in an IT support or system administration role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows envirnments
Hands-on experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls)
Experience managing servers, backups, and disaster recovery
Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices
Ability to work independently and manage mulitple priorities without supervision
Strong communication skills - able to explain technical issues in lain language
Help Desk & End User Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests across the organization
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive)
Network & Infrastructure
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshootthe company network including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manager server infrastructure, including backups, and performance monitoring
Ensure network uptime, stability, and secure across all locations
Cyber Security
Implement and manage cybersecurity measures including antivirus, firewalls, and threat detection
Ensure data protection and compliance with company security policies
Manage user access controls, permissions,, and password policies
Conduct regular security audits and respond to incidents
Cloud & System Management
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 / Azure environment
Oversee cloud storage, migrations, and integrations
Manage backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity
Maintain software licensing and vendor relationship
IT Strategy & Planning
Evaluate current systems and recoomned improvments or upgrades
Develop and maintain IT documentaion, processes, and procedures
Manage IT asset inventory and procurment
Provide IT guidance to leadership and support organizational growth.
