We are is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff for all IT related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain the company's network and server systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues as they arise
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery processes
- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network and server administration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
