We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. This role supports multiple business units and locations, helping ensure employees have reliable access to the systems, tools, and technology they need to succeed. The IT Support Specialist provides technical support and systems administration across a multi-site manufacturing organization. This position supports desktop environments, servers, networks, cloud-based systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications while working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers.
