We're seeking a skilled Support Analyst to provide technical support, manage technology resources, and contribute to key IT initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and ensuring technology systems operate efficiently.

Location: West Sacramento, CA
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide desktop and technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain computers, applications, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex user and system issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and software access
• Maintain technology assets, inventory, and equipment lifecycle records
• Support conference room technology, audio/visual equipment, and virtual events
• Conduct new hire IT onboarding and end-user training
• Collaborate on technology initiatives and process improvement projects

Required skills and qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience providing technical support in a multi-user environment
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, cloud solutions, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting hardware, software, and network devices

Compensation:

The Hourly range for this position is from $25-29 depending on experience.
