IT Help Desk Technician (Call Center)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $45,000-$65,000/ year
Schedule: 40h weekly within 7 AM – 11 PM CST
Location: Mandeville Louisiana
As an IT Manager you will serve as leader of technical support for our call center team. You'll keep agents connected and productive by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and professionally and mentoring and developing our IT team. Your work directly enables our team to deliver exceptional service to customers every day.
•Troubleshoot headset, internet, and software issues for call center agents
•Reset passwords and manage basic user account access
•Set up computers and workstations for new and existing employees
•Process, receive, and deploy equipment shipments as needed
•Provide general IT support across all call center operations
•Improve existing process and develop and implement new ones to optimize workflows
•5+ years of help desk, IT support or other technical troubleshooting experience
•3+ years of management experience mentoring and developing employees in a team environment
•Basic understanding of computer hardware setup and configuration
•Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical users
•Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays within the 7am–11pm window
•Reliable transportation to our Mandeville, Louisiana office
