IT Specialist

Design and develop plans for the network infrastructure, upgrades, and assess hardware/software needs for scalability and security

Deploy and configure network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), servers, and storage systems

Monitor network performance, fine-tune systems, apply patches, and ensure high availability with minimal downtime

Implement security measures, manage firewalls, VPNs, and protect data from threats

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network, connectivity, and system issues and outages

Provide technical expertise for various system services such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Windows OS, Virtualization, Cisco Cloud Meraki, Cisco Firewall/Switches, etc., to ensure services run with optimum health, performance, and security

Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures

Collaborate with corporate IT and vendors to integrate systems and meet business goals

Plan and test backup and disaster recovery strategies

Resolve problems reported by end users
