Analyze resource usage, plan system acquisitions, and apply software and hardware fixes. Design and test new configurations for applications, technology, or enhanced performance. Deploy, patch, and configure PCs and servers using network‑based tools. Administer accounts, policy design, and configuration across multiple directories, including AD group policy. Set up, install, and configure hardware and software on PCs, servers, printers, and peripheral devices. Work with external agencies, vendors, and security teams to configure and maintain firewalls, voice and video over IP systems, and Cisco and VMware technologies.
