This position will be based in the greater Phoenix, AZ area (South Central AZ region) and is contingent upon award.Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) plans.ResponsibilitiesOperation and Maintenance of various high‑speed/ high‑capacity multifunction printers.Moving/relocating equipment within and/or between facilities.Interviewing clients as part of pre‑deployment asset discovery.Repairing/ replacing defective equipment.Updating asset management system to reflect work performed.Installing and maintaining PC hardware and software and applying configuration profiles.Troubleshooting network usage and computer peripherals.Performing system backups and data recovery.Resolving network communication problems.Managing e‑mail administration.Supporting network security.Preparing assets for disposition and other administrative duties.Maintaining network operations and maintenance.Familiarity with inside and outside plant operations.Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling/splicing.Transporting equipment between multiple facilities within an assigned service area as directed.Responsible for deployment, downloads, and local installations.Job RequirementsEducationHigh school diploma.Basic training in IT support, including on‑the‑job training.1–2 years of related experience.DOD Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.QualificationsExcellent customer service and organizational skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with people at all levels.Professional attitude with attention to detail.Accurate and timely submission of required reports and documentation.Licensed and able to drive a vehicle.Ability to climb a 10 ft ladder and lift at least 40 lbs.The successful candidate must be a U.S. citizen to access sensitive information.EEO StatementTelos Corporation and its subsidiaries are committed to equal opportunity for all, without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, citizenship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.
