The Job You Will Perform:
Purpose: As an Integration Solution Architect, you will design and govern high-performance enterprise integration strategies. You will serve as the bridge between complex business needs and technical execution, guiding product teams to build secure, scalable architectures that seamlessly connect on-premises and cloud-based systems.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end design of complex A2A (Application-to-Application) and B2B (Business-to-Business) integrations
Understanding of many different systems supporting our business partners within the company
Knowledge of agile principles and development practices
Strong communication, collaboration, and team skills (with both tech and business stakeholders)
Design robust solutions for hybrid environments, specifically integrating legacy on-premises systems with Azure and other cloud platforms
Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technology landscapes, focusing on interoperability and long-term scalability.
Define technical direction and architectural patterns for Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Collaborates with product / delivery teams on user stories and solution design decisions
Partner with Enterprise Architects, stakeholders, and product teams to translate user stories into actionable, target-state solution designs
The Skills You Will Bring:
Education and General Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field, typically supported by 10+ years of IT experience with a heavy focus on system integrations.
Excellent technical understanding of the primary technology that they are responsible
Good knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Able to work in an unstructured, changing environment
Exceptional ability to synthesize abstract concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience in platforms like Azure DevOps (ADO)
