IT Software Procurement Analyst , SaaS/Licensing/Vendor Contracts
Location: Phoenix AZ - Hybrid (3–4 weeks onsite training, then 4 days remote)
Pay Rate: $34/hr W2
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Duration: 1 year — contract to hire
Deadline: June 23, 2026 at 3pm
Required:
- Minimum 3 years IT software procurement experience
- IT Asset Lifecycle & Licensing — SaaS, PaaS, IaaS models
- Strategic negotiation — SLAs, data sovereignty clauses, renewal caps
- RFP/RFQ development for enterprise IT services
- Local Phoenix AZ only — city and state must appear on resume
- No visa sponsorship — must be eligible for FTE conversion
- Available for in-person interview within 1 week of June 23
