    Job Summary:

    The IT Services Specialist provides Level 1 Help Desk and technical support for customers by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues involving workstations, servers, networks, and cloud-based systems. Assist users via phone and help desk platforms, diagnose technical problems, install and configure hardware and software, and support employee onboarding activities. Maintain and support Microsoft Windows Server and workstation environments, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, and remote monitoring tools. Utilize knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus solutions, email filtering, cloud storage, and Active Directory to ensure reliable system performance and user productivity.

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Focus on alert enhancements for monitoring; partnering with the team
    • Resolving IT support requests via phone / helpdesk
    • Answering questions regarding workstation/sever/networks
    • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems
    • Supporting onboarding process of new customer or existing customer new employees
    • Installing software and hardware as needed

    Requirements:

    • Education: Associates degree or work equivalent

    • Technical Experience:

    • Experience with Microsoft Windows server operating and application systems

    • Experience with Microsoft workstation operating an application systems

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Office 365 cloud environment

    • Familiarity with remote management and monitoring

    • Familiarity with endpoint detection and response and antivirus

    • Familiarity with email filtering solutions

    • Familiarity with cloud storage

    • Other: Valid driver's License required.
