This role serves as the front-line IT support contact for an MTF (military treatment facility) environment, handling customer inquiries across phone, in-person, and live chat channels. Responsibilities include triaging and managing service desk tickets, providing Tier 2 technical support, and escalating complex issues to enterprise teams. The position also covers hands-on hardware support including troubleshooting, configuration, and installation, as well as identity and desktop management in coordination with the Global Service Center. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires translating technical issues into clear guidance for end users.
