IDR is seeking a IT Senior Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood,Tennessee. This role involves leading cross-functional analysis efforts within a healthcare organization, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, data validation, and stakeholder communication.
Position Overview for the IT Senior Business Analyst:
- Lead complex, cross-functional analysis involving multi-system integrations, workflow automation, and major implementations.
- Drive requirements gathering, create detailed functional documentation, and develop data mapping specifications.
- Conduct data validation activities utilizing SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ensure full requirements traceability, oversee UAT cycles, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of BA standards, templates, and best practices.
Requirements for the IT Senior Business Analyst:
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to lead complex requirements and validation efforts.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable analytics tools.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile practices such as standups, refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
- Minimum of five (5) years of analysis/analytical work experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans.
