Our IT Security team is seeking an IT Security Analyst to join our team in Americas. In this position you will be responsible for executing activities related to compliance with Internal Controls, ensuring that established security processes and standards are followed. This role supports the review and implementation of business processes under the guidance of the IT Security Lead, assisting in the enforcement of security policies and regulatory requirements across the organization.
Key responsibilities include supporting IT Audit-related activities within the region by gathering evidence, tracking compliance actions, and assisting in audit coordination. The IT Security Analyst also plays a key role in training employees on internal controls compliance activities by facilitating sessions and providing necessary documentation. Additionally, this role ensures that third parties comply with Inchcape regulations by monitoring adherence and reporting any discrepancies to the Head of IT Security
As part of the security team, the IT Security Analyst assists in maintaining document management within the area, ensuring the correct storage, formatting, and organization of policies, procedures, and other security-related documentation. This position also provides operational support for IT Service Management (ITSM) cases assigned to the Regional IT Security area, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Furthermore, the analyst contributes to actions related to NIST activities and Security Policies, providing assistance in implementation and ongoing compliance efforts.
This role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of IT security operations, maintaining compliance, and supporting security governance across the organization.
