POSITION OVERVIEW
Contribute to a team delivering high quality end-user infrastructure solutions and ongoing support, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization and driving efficiency across the organization. Provide cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Develop and maintain project planning and status documentation for delivery of new technology systems and lifecycle efforts.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsibilities include the following related to technology project coordination:
Coordinate actions related to our rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization
Plan, organize and communicate tasks related to the rollout activities and timelines
Track and synthesize detailed project information from multiple sources, formatting for executive-level reporting
Manage coordination with external vendors to ensure milestone and timeline adherence
Partner with general contractors, subcontractors and internal facilities teams to support project delivery
WHAT’S NEEDED
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Strong project coordination skills are required. Ability to manage multiple input streams, engage with engineers, and communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to present to large audiences including executive levels, high attention to detail and critical thinking skills. The right candidate will be a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow at client.
