About the Role
As an IT Project Manager - Implementation Focus, you’ll lead enterprise software implementations and major system initiatives from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
You’ll work cross-functionally with IT, Operations, Finance, vendors, and business leadership to drive structured execution, adoption, and operational success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end project execution across enterprise software implementations and system enhancements
- Build and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate vendor evaluations, software demos, requirements gathering, and implementation planning
- Manage ServiceTitan feature rollouts, workflow updates, and operational system improvements
- Lead UAT testing, issue resolution, cutover planning, and post-launch hypercare support
- Develop training materials, enablement sessions, and adoption tracking processes
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to align priorities and drive execution
- Monitor project adoption, performance metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years of IT project management experience leading SaaS implementations or system migrations
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or MS Project
- Ability to drive projects independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan or field service software platforms is strongly preferred
