IT Project Manager III

This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined deliverables, which typically require engagement from multiple teams within a project or smaller program. The role involves managing project intake and financials, ensuring that execution and delivery meet the client’s expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

• Communicates work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance with standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promotes and facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gathers and facilitates status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders.
• Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.

This position is an individual contributor role that requires experience in portfolio-level functions supporting end-to-end oversight and program delivery. The candidate should have experience enacting change and continuous improvement, leading teams through release planning readiness, developing and documenting standards, and maintaining project communications. Excellent communication skills are essential as the candidate will be interacting across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is required, as delivery is tracked across 20 JIRA instances.
