Immediate need for a talented IT Project Manager II. This is a 05 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures. Coordinate cross-functional business, IT, and third-party vendor teams. Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities. Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID). Prepare executive-level status reports and communicate project progress. Coordinate requirements gathering, testing/UAT, implementation planning, and go-live activities. Ensure adherence to project governance, operational standards, and project closure best practices. Manage vendor relationships and facilitate issue resolution throughout the project lifecycleKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: Enterprise technology project management (project planning, milestones, RAID management, governance, and delivery tracking) Vendor and consulting partner coordination Automation/RPA or enterprise systems implementation experience (UiPath experience is highly preferred) 2-4 years of IT Project Management experience Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendor coordination Strong experience with: Enterprise technology implementations, Project planning and delivery, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, Status reporting and project governance PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification Experience with: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), preferably UiPath, Enterprise system integrations, Automation implementations, Software testing/UAT, Consulting partner coordination Healthcare or highly regulated environments (preferred but not required) Education: Bachelor's degreeOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
