Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering technology initiatives that support clinical operations, practice growth, and enterprise strategy across our Dental Support Organization (DSO). This role partners closely with IT, clinical leadership, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven IT Project Manager who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, takes ownership of outcomes, demonstrates grit and determination, and remains flexible and adaptable in the face of shifting priorities, while also showing a strong eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of the organization’s technology and clinical systems.
The IT Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, practice technology deployments (PMS, imaging, CBCT, VoIP), cybersecurity enhancements, cloud migrations, and enterprise system implementations. This individual ensures strong governance, clear communication, proactive risk management, and minimal disruption to patient care during implementations.
Success in this role requires strong technical fluency (networks, servers, security, cloud environments), structured project execution discipline, vendor coordination expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-site, fast-paced healthcare environment.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 per year.
