IT Project Manager

Position Type:

• Contract to Hire
• Hybrid - Local to PA - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts
• 3 years of IT Project Management experience with SDLC, PMLC
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Strong experience managing medium to large complex projects
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and listening skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills
• Local candidates within commuting distance and able to work onsite 3 days per week

Preferences:

• PMP or Scrum certification
• Experience in construction, homebuilding, or related industry
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budget
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control
• Manage project scope, costs, and schedule
• Develop and deliver progress reports and project documentation
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Manage vendor relations and procurements
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members
• Ensure adherence to corporate and PMO standards
• Conduct project retrospectives and create recommendations reports
