Project Manager Email Prioritization Tool Implementation Lead
Duration: 23 months, with potential for more time dependent on rollout expansion

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager contractor to lead the implementation and rollout of an email prioritization tool for targeted business groups.
This role is responsible for hands-on execution, including planning, stakeholder coordination, training, onboarding/offboarding processes, vendor coordination, issue monitoring, and adoption tracking. The engagement is time-boxed and focused on delivering a successful rollout with clear handoff to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the rollout plan, timeline, and milestones
Coordinate across IT, business leadership, operations, and vendors
Execute communications, training, and change management activities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for users
Track issues, risks, and adoption metrics; provide executive-ready updates
Provide support within the application by adjusting, creating or removing rules
Deliverables:
Approved implementation and rollout plan
Documented onboarding/offboarding processes
Training materials and communications
Successful rollout with hands on support
Adoption metrics and final transition documentation
