IT Project Coordinator

Kforce has a client in Glendale, WI that is seeking an IT Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding resources for divested entity as well as program resources.
• Work closely with Identity & Access Management team and other management teams as needed to ensure all onboarding and offboarding processes are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Manage requests for access to applications that may be offered under Transition Service Agreement (TSA).
• Track and report on counts progress, etc., on a recurring basis.
• Follow up with users on training requirements to ensure completions.
• Manage the review and disposition of IT tickets for password reset, etc., for divested employees.
• Assist with maintaining budget forecast information based on program resources onboarded.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Assist with status reports as requested.
• May be trained as backup to VMO GO processing.

Assumptions:

• Resource will report to IT Deal Lead and work closely with IT SMO team.
• Resources will work the entire duration remotely.
• Any travel and travel-related expenses should be in accordance with our clients expense and travel policy and must be pre-approved by the client.
