Title: IT Program Manager
Locations: Oakland CA

Pay Range: $65 - $68/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) - Applicants must be willing to work on W2
 
Role Descriptions:
Own and manage the full lifecycle of complex, high-impact, cross-functional programs across enterprise application domains (ERP, Manufacturing & Quality, GTM systems).
• Partner with business leaders to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria where problem statements and strategies may be evolving.
• Develop and maintain the IT strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology initiatives.
• Drive global process standardization and technology optimization initiatives across functional areas.
• Manage program portfolio, including prioritization, resource planning, and dependency management.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of system implementations, enhancements, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
