Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in any major.

Required Work Experience: 7 years IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 4 years leading multiple concurrent project teams. Completion of the client Training Program for Project Management may substitute for one year of experience.

Preferred Licenses and Certificates: PMP Certification

Day to Day: Responsible for overall delivery of ServiceNow module implementations using the ServiceNow Project Management tool (Strategic Portfolio Management). Working in SPM to assign and track user stories and tasks in an Agile environment while maintaining project plan, timeline, budget and all auditable artifacts in other appropriate formats. Delivers on time, within budgeted hours with quality products. Monitors tasks, assignments and hours daily. Compiles and delivers clear communications and status reports. Ensures resources are assigned appropriately and escalates as needed. Tracks key milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort. Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation, providing excellent customer service along the way.
