IT Ops Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Ops Project Manager in Irving, TX.

Duties:

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved
• Assume ownership of ongoing projects and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and status reports
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and progress reviews while documenting key discussions and outcomes
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
• Support project implementation efforts, process improvements, and organizational initiatives
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and project progress to ensure commitments are met
• Escalate challenges and work with stakeholders to drive timely resolution
• Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and project records
• Foster collaboration and alignment among stakeholders to support project success
• Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, meeting notes, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
