Forest Area Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced and service-driven IT Operations Supervisor to help lead and support the day-to-day technology operations that keep our organization running smoothly. This role works closely with the CIO and external technology partners to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily IT operations and employee technology support
  • Provide hands-on technical support for branch technology, workstations, printers, peripherals, and user systems
  • Coordinate with external technology vendors and support partners
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments, endpoint devices, security tools, and network-connected equipment
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding technology setup and device lifecycle management
  • Help improve IT processes, documentation, tracking, and operational consistency
  • Support information security, compliance, and risk management initiatives
  • Assist with technology projects, system rollouts, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Ability to prioritize issues and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Experience working with vendors, systems, and end users
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and general IT operations
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on service and continuous improvement
