Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, that is seeking an IT Operations Consultant.
The IT Operations Consultant is responsible for the direction, analysis, and continuous improvement of the following disciplines:
• Timely and effective PC hardware and software asset management processes and delivery. • On-time and successful completion of IT Operations audit deliverables. • Coordination of Performance & Capacity Planning Health Check reviews and action item completion with Business Unit points of contact. • Workstation patching compliance and vulnerability reduction. • System and Configuration Item CI transition to operations. • TTO (Transition to Operations) Incident Management. • Major Incident Management. • Problem Management - root cause analyses and continuous improvement in system reliability. • Works with monitoring engineers to continuously improve issue prediction and detection as well as incident avoidance and automated response. • Driving effective utilization of IT Operations Jira Issue and Risk repositories to prioritize work and achieve positive outcomes.
